Native plants of Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the animals that depend on them.

Made from an open catalogue of native plants. Photographs are open-licensed and credited individually to their photographers. Every other figure carries its source on the page it appears on, and where a fact is unknown the page says so rather than filling the gap.

This catalogue records horticultural and ecological information only. It contains no Indigenous ecological knowledge, plant-use tradition or land-management practice, and none should be inferred from it.
